What I offer
Workout Plan
You’ll be receiving 4 weeks worth of workouts. The workouts are customized based around your individual fitness goals, experience level, and your time commitment to the gym. Whether you exercise in a commercial gym, garage gym, or use home fitness equipment, you’ll go into each workout with a plan.
Diet Guidelines
You’ll be receiving dietary guidelines based on your current fitness goals. I’ll provide daily calories, macronutrient breakdown, and strategies to help you stay on track. What you eat plays a large part in how you you’re able to progress with your goals. It’s often times the most difficult part of your fitness journey.
Workout and Diet Bundle
Your workouts and diet need to work hand in hand in order for success. This is the best option if you’re looking for all around help. You’ll be getting the best of both worlds. Receive both 4 weeks of customized workouts and dietary guidelines to match your goals.
Be An Individual
I realize that everyone is an individual, and that’s the best part! No two people have the exact same fitness goals, lifestyle, and challenges. There’s a reason why “copy and paste” workouts you find online don’t work for you. They’re meant for everyone, but not the individual. Through Blueprint Trainings, my mission is to make sure everyone has their own personalized workout and diet plan to get you on track to reach your goals.
I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM). This allows me to stay up to date on all the new fitness and exercise research. I have a degree in psychology that helps me understand each client on a deeper level than just your physical aspects. The fitness industry has been my life for the past 6 years and I’m glad to have been a part of so many people’s fitness journeys.
